How does attendance work?
An administrator creates the event, sets its location, geofence, and points settings if applicable.
The member arrives within the geofence and self check-ins through the app.
The system verifies location and processes eligibility according to event settings.
After attendance is approved, results are updated for administrators and the member.
If the event grants points per system rules, the member balance is updated accordingly.
Verification depends on event settings and location permissions on the member's device. Opening the app alone does not record attendance.
