2.1 Eligibility and membership

App use is limited to authorized members according to approved membership policies. Access may be denied if membership is not active or administrative restrictions apply.

2.2 Account

Accounts are created using National ID according to the app's sign-in mechanism. You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials confidential and not sharing them.

2.3 Data accuracy

Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date as required by the system. Inaccurate data may affect membership, attendance, or points.

3.1 Device responsibility

You are responsible for your device and its settings, including enabling location permissions when required. Accounts may be bound to a specific device according to system rules.

3.2 Device binding

The system may reject sign-in from a different device if the account is bound elsewhere. Re-binding may require administrative steps.

3.3 No account sharing

Sharing accounts or impersonating another member is prohibited. Unauthorized use may lead to restrictions or suspension.

4.1 Location use

The app may request location permissions to record attendance or verify an event geofence. You are responsible for enabling required permissions on your device.

4.2 Attendance recording

Members self check-in when within the event geofence. Verification depends on event settings, location, and device conditions.

4.3 Attendance is not automatic

Opening the app alone does not record attendance. Approved check-in steps within the event scope must be followed.

4.4 Verification and settings

Attendance acceptance depends on the geofence, event settings, session state, and location permissions. Results may vary by event.

4.5 Verification failures

Verification may fail if you are outside the geofence, GPS is unavailable, location permission is denied, or for other technical reasons. The system does not guarantee success in all conditions.

4.6 Location permission responsibility

You are responsible for enabling location permission on your device. Denying permission may prevent attendance recording.

4.7 Circumventing location or attendance

Attempting to bypass geofence verification, falsify attendance, spoof location, or similar behavior is prohibited.

5.1 Prohibited conduct

Users must not:

• Impersonate another member or administrator.
• Share sign-in credentials or accounts.
• Manipulate location or attendance.
• Misuse the service or attempt to bypass restrictions.
• Tamper with points or attempt unauthorized access.
• Submit false or misleading information.

6.1 Points

Events may grant attendance or participation points based on configured values for each event. Points are calculated from approved attendance completion percentage, and absence penalties may apply according to event settings.

After attendance is finalized, the member points balance may be updated server-side. Administrators may manually adjust points. Points linked to cancelled or corrected attendance may be reversed or adjusted administratively.

6.2 Events

Events are managed by administrators within system permissions. Schedules, locations, attendance settings, and points may change. Members should follow each event's configuration.

7.1 Administrative permissions

Administrators and moderators may manage members, events, attendance, points, and warnings. Administrative decisions within the system are binding for operation.

7.2 Warnings, restrictions, and suspension

Warnings, restrictions, temporary blocks, or permanent blocks may be applied according to membership policies. This may affect sign-in, attendance, or other features.

8.1 Service availability

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance or technical issues may cause interruptions. Continuous uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8.2 Changes to the service

Features, system settings, or these terms may be updated. The Last updated date at the top of the page indicates the current version.

9.1 Intellectual property

Branding, content, and design related to Almudaraj1 are protected. Materials may not be copied or reused without permission.

9.2 User-provided content

If you upload a photo or submit data through the app or support form, you are responsible for its content and your right to provide it.

10.1 Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is within the approved operating scope. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions, location verification failures, or administrative decisions within the system, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11.1 Account termination or suspension

Accounts may be suspended or restricted if these terms or membership policies are violated. You may request account closure by email if no in-app mechanism is available.

11.2 Terms updates

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated version, as applicable.
